About Patch 1.48
There are no significant changes for patch 1.48. Any mod that was compatible with 1.47 is compatible with 1.48. In fact, even core mods are compatible with 1.48.

This is a pure script mod that adds a “Meditate” interaction to all Mood Lite candles (Base Game).

There are just so many posts out there on all the forums (and blogs and tumblrs, etc) about broken Premium Content, that this just can’t be shared enough. You can fix the following bugs just by using this tutorial:
If you have questions or problem with the tutorial, please feel free to ask me here on at my WordPress blog.
My two newest mods allow you to purchase the Gift Pile through the buy catalog, and also add some customization to the gift pile tuning.

I’ve posted a new article at Simlogical. The goal of the article is to educate mod users about conflicts and false positives. Excerpt from the Introduction:
For most users, one of the most confusing aspects about mods and other custom content for the Sims 3 is understanding what a conflict is, and how it can adversely affect one’s game. There are few different ways mods and custom content can conflict with each other, and some ways are a little more difficult to understand for the average user. This article will attempt to explain different types of mod and other custom content conflicts, so that users are better able to understand how these conflicts can affect their game.
The article explains the differences between types of mods, how to spot a conflict and what a conflict really means. Even if you’ve been using mods for a long time, you might find something new in this article, or you might even have something for me to add!
I firmly believe that more mod users should have a better understanding of how mods work, and what conflicts mean. The article is a long read, and it goes quite in depth about mods and conflicts, so you might need more than one sitting, Especially because it’s probably very boring! I’m sorry if that’s the case. Anyhow, I highly recommend reading it, and don’t be afraid to post questions comments or suggestions!

This mod alters the AlterObstacle Interaction available on all Horse Jumping objects. The interaction has been made immediate, so your sims will no longer need to walk to the object to pick up, add, or remove rails.
I’ve re-done the tutorial originally available on my blog: Tutorial: How to Check if an XML Tuning Mod Needs to be Updated
The improved version of this tutorial has more pictures and a better format. You can find it by clicking on the link in the title, or by visiting Simlogical.
We will probably be seeing a patch soonish, since Diesel stuff is due out in a week and a half, and the patch notes for 1.36 have been leaked by EA France. So, this is a great time to learn about updating tuning mods. You’ll even have time to prepare and keep a back up of the current GameplayData.

This is what I’ve been working on the last couple of days, and why I’ve been so quiet. I tend to get really focused when I work on mods and forget to check social media. Oops :)
Anyhow! This is a scripted object which will allow you to pop opportunities for your Late Night Bands. No more waiting for the phone to ring, because now your sims can go check for available gigs on their own. You can place this in your sims home, or on a community lot.

A cats only catdoor, with complete natural feline animations, and 4-way locking just like a real cat door. There is even an option to make it “electronically controlled” (ie keep out strays)
Get the KittyWay Cat Door at Simlogical.
PS I know, for some of you it may be “old” news (less than 24 hours ;)), but I didn’t have any time to post until now!
PPS Oops… I added the links hehe.
If you’re looking for another outlet where you can share links to your newest creations and stories, why don’t you check out the Sims 3 Finds and Updates group on Facebook?
The group was founded by Inge Jones, so that simmers from all over various communities can share links to their own creations (or their friends’ creations, or their favorite creations, you get the idea!) without needing to wait for somebody else to update a blog. We all love and appreciate the various finds and updates sites, blogs and simblrs (duh!) available on the web, and the aim of this FB group is not to replace them. It’s just another way to spread the word about all the fantastic work that simmers do to make simming as great as it is.
Okay okay okay. I’ve done it! I’m so excited to share something of my own design with the community.
This is a starter house, cc free, around $16,000.
Lot Size: 30 x 202 bedroom, 1 bathroom. This house has a modern and simple but eclectic decorating scheme with bold colors and bright patterns. It was made with a small family in mind, but there is room to expand! Lot includes a parking spot and a pond.I think it needs all big expansion packs. Here’s the link! [click me]
Ever wish your sims would autonomously use a teleporter to get between floors? I know I have, especially when trying to put a basement in an-already built house with a foundation!

Now your sims can do just that! Get CyberBob’s Beam-Me-Up at Simlogical.
So I seen these adorable wall stickers as I was surfing the web and so wanted them for my sim kiddies, so I decided to go ahead and make them. This is a set of 6 non-recolorable decals. They are found under Decorative>Wall Hangings. These are shiftable on the walls as well.Designs by RoomMatesMesh by Aikea Guinea @ Club Crimsyn
These are just too cute!
